We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of our platform constitutes acceptance of any changes. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services. We are committed to providing a professional and supportive environment for developing public speaking and presentation skills.
User Obligations and Conduct
When using our services, you agree to conduct yourself in a respectful and professional manner. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You must not engage in harassment, discrimination, or any conduct that disrupts our workshops or community environment. Participants are expected to attend sessions punctually, prepare as requested, and contribute constructively to group discussions. You agree not to record, photograph, or share any workshop content without explicit written permission. We maintain a supportive, judgment-free space for all learners, and you commit to respecting the privacy and dignity of fellow participants. Any violation of these conduct standards may result in immediate removal from workshops without refund.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content provided through our workshops, including instructional materials, presentation techniques, vocal exercises, breathing exercises, and proprietary methodologies, is protected by intellectual property laws. We retain full ownership of all workshop curricula, training methods, and educational resources. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use these materials solely for your personal development and participation in our workshops. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or sell any of our proprietary content without written consent. Any materials you create during workshops remain your property, but we may use general feedback and testimonials to improve our services. Unauthorized use or reproduction of our intellectual property will result in legal action. Your participation grants us the right to reference your success stories and workshop experiences for marketing purposes, unless you opt out in writing.
Limitation of Liability
We provide our workshops and services on an “as-is” basis. While we strive to deliver high-quality instruction in public speaking, presentation skills, vocal projection, and nervousness management, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or results. Your success in public speaking depends on personal effort, practice, and application of techniques learned. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or inability to use them. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific expectations. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for services. We are not responsible for external factors affecting your performance, such as audience reception, professional circumstances, or individual anxiety levels beyond our workshop scope.
Termination of Services
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without notice, if you violate these terms or engage in conduct we deem inappropriate or harmful to our community. You may discontinue your use of our services at any time. Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations for services already rendered or workshops already attended. Upon termination, your right to access workshop materials and resources ceases immediately. We may also terminate workshops or services due to insufficient enrollment, scheduling conflicts, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Refund policies are determined at the time of enrollment and are separate from these terms. Any content you contributed during your participation remains subject to our intellectual property rights. Termination will not affect any rights or obligations that accrued before the termination date.
